Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. lf 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusedand in the same condition that you received it. lt must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

1:After ordering, if you contact our WhatsAppcustomer, we will take detailed photos of thegoods you ordered for you before sending your package, measure the size for you, send it to you for inspection, and send the package for you if you are satisfied.(lf you do not contact us, we will also conductquality inspection, and will send it out if thereis no problem)

2:lf the goods have any quality problems or are not delivered within the specified time, or are detained by customs, l will refund you or send you a new one.

3:Quality problems can be returned free of charge, but if it is not because of quality problems, but because, for example, you don't likeit, or you have no reason to want to exchangeit, you need to bear the round-trip shipping osts.

(After the package is delivered to your door, ifit is not received in time due to your problemor is stolen by a thief, we will not be responsible.)

4;Once your return is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will beprocessed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original methodof payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you' ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. lf youneed to exchange it for a different item, please contact customer service in advance and you can send the item back after getting approval. (Not unconditional approval)

Shipping returns
